Can I add custom class to single menu tag?

Hi,

Is it possible to add a custom class to a menu item?
For example, I want to add my own class to 5th Li tag of the header menu.

I was looking for this option in Appearance > Menus, but I couldn’t see it.

After you showed me I realize I should check Screen Options and there I saw Show CSS Classes was unchecked.
