Can i add POPUP to an anchor link ? Is there any shortcode in the tagdiv editor?

Hi ,
I need a popup or modal box to an anchor link . Which can be clickable and can Open some HTML / text in a popup window. IS there any element which has this feature or any plugin to support this theme?

Unfortunately this option is not available with Newspaper Theme.
