Can I create some custom header for specific page…?
let say for BuddyBoss or BuddyPress
or somehow assign other theme for specific page(s)…?

Hi,
You can use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this an be edited width tagDiv Composer, and set individual on pages -> https://i.imgur.com/qTuAVuA.jpg or global in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/QVyPcwz.png.
