I just buy Newspaper 7 theme… can i add this theme on two domains or can i change this theme from first domain (if in install this theme on this domain) to another domain ??? thanks

You can transfer the theme from one domain to another but you cannot use it on 2 domains at the same time. Here is the envato license that specifies this information: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
