Can i remove "url" field on comment form?

I really love the theme, but i want to change a little thing on it. I want to remove the “url” (website) field on the comment form. I’ve been trying to follow many toturials, but the “url” field is still there. So, what should i do to remove it?

The solution I offered above it’s tested and works fine. Make sure you follow the exact instructions, clear all caches than test again.
