Can I sell this theme as an agent?

I have purchased newspaper theme for 4 times,I think it’s a perfect theme.
I wonder if I can sell this theme as an agent?
As I know wpml has the agent sales model，as:

I want to promote the theme to more Chinese people as soon as possible.

Please read the envato license here for a more complete description of what is allowed and what is not: https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
Since our themes are envato exclusive, we have to stick to envato’s rules.

It’s too complex.It means I can’t do that on themeforest.net,right?

Hi,

We cannot offer discounts unfortunately, no matter how many themes are purchased. When there would be an event or sale on themeforest provided by Envato, the theme will probably be offered at a discount.
