Can I specify a different home page for mobile devices?

I’d like a different page to display when a mobile device accesses my site.
Is this possible?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change another homepage for mobile than the default general homepage, sorry!

Is there any other way to make that option on using custom codes to that?

Most likely, this functionality can be implemented through the code or with such a plugin but please notice that we cannot do this for you because this is not a simple task and it involves doing more custom work and we cannot provide something like this at the moment, sorry!
