Hello,
I have a newspaper theme which is already installed on my current website but i want to close this website and i want to install this theme on my other wesbite is it possible if yes then please tell me what can i do for this

Hi,
Just install it on your new site and then uninstall it on your current/old site. There is not something specific that you need to do, beside this.
