Can I use any of Advertising System plugins in the theme

I am trying to install WP PRO Advertising System or Ads Pro Plugin to manage the advertising areas based on clicks to provide the clients with its statistics. I know Newspaper theme has a section for Ads, but does it offer me this option and if no, did you try these plugins?

You can use any ad program, but you might need to insert the shortcodes into templates, or sidebar widgets vs using the theme ad system. You can use the ‘custom ads’ option, since I believe that is just basic HTML – so any HTML you can insert for your ad system can go there.
