Hi,
can I use js-composer (wpbackery) and tagDiv Composer at the same time, both active?
Or are there conflicts that you are aware of so far?

No, you can not use both page builders.
I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
