I have 2 websites, on one I am using newspaper theme. Now I have created one more website, can I use Newspaper theme there with my one licence?

The standard envato license specifies one copy of the theme can only be used on a single end product: http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard The theme can be used with the same license on a sub-domain or a testing platform, but on a new site you need to buy another copy.

should i copy paste same purchased code on both main domain [http://www.snaxzer.com] and sub domain [ask.snaxzer.com]?

If the sub-domain is used for testing purposes only, then you do not need to register it. if it will be part of the main project then you need to register it using the same code you registered the main theme/domain.
