Am maintaining a newsportal for my client. We have already purchased the newspaper theme and used it with our “.com” domain and the site is live ( English and local language content ). We were looking for google AdSense account but google rejected us due to language compatibility issue.
We are planning to set up another site on the same server using the “.net” version of the same domain and move the english news there and reapply for google adsense account. Considering this business scenario, do we need to buy another license of the theme ? Since we dont have good ads, the site is not making enough revenue to cover up the operational cost.
I have another license for newspaper theme but it has been used on a separate business.
Please suggest.

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.
