Can News Ticker stop changing when someone hovers over it?

Hi, I just wanted to see if it’s possible for the News Ticker to stop changing between posts when someone hovers their mouse over it?

Hello,

Sorry but the theme has no such functionality. You can have to auto-play or manual play when a user clicks the arrow. But there is no control added to stop the animation when hovered.
