Can no longer logout after updating theme?

Hello,

I’m having an issue with ?=action URLs, I discovered it when trying to log out after updating my theme to the latest version.

When i click ‘logout’ the Url changes to this: [website url]/wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=[logoutcode]

And comes up with a blank page.

When going back to my site to see if i’m logged out, i’m still logged in – it hasn’t worked.

Any fixes for this?

Check you have all of the proper nonce codes in your wp config file, and be sure to clear all caching after upgrade.

Thanks for replying.

I’ve updated the nonce codes in my wp-config file using this site: https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/salt/

And it’s still not working? :/

Hi,

Please also try without using any plugins, leave just theme’s Visual Composer plugin active and test again, also make sure you empty all caches.
If it’s still not working please provide your admin login details via email (contact@tagdiv.com) so we can also check this and also provide a link to this tread.

Hello Lucian,

Disabling the plugins doesn’t work – it’s the Newspaper theme which has the issue :/

I sent an email to you when i published this post, it has more information in and login details 🙂
