Can not add image in any element

When trying to add “media” as in this case an image, I get the following error: (”
Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”).

I have tried all the “normal” things. I have the latest wordpress, theme, and plugins.

The place holder image does so if one in there.

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme-related plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
