Hi

1.I add Newspaper theme Block element and WooCommerce element Can not be centered horizontally.

2.The product I added was 4 columns, showing 20, but with 3 fewer products in this row, the total number of products was still 20.

It seems there is a different margin set between the products, then the one from woocommerce

If you have custom code like that, remove it. They will display normally after that

The problem with the bottom section seems to be also caused by an overriding code

I could not say where that code is coming from exactly, if you have custom code like that remove it.
Also the title underlines set on the page are too long
