Can not use add media button

Hello Tagdiv team,

I have any issue for my website, after I update my database,
I can’t use the “Add media” and click any “post template” that I want to use.
do you have any idea, how to fix it? Recently I’m using WordPress 4.5.2 for my website.

Hello ikidolanan,

First of all, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard and then you will have to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/. So, if you cannot increase these parameters, please consult your hosting provider and ask them to do this thing. Try to disable all the active plugins and leave just Visual Compser to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
