Hello. I just update newspaper theme from 6.4 to 6.5
Everything is almost ok but I can’t upload my new child theme. I created the necessary files and put them into a .zip file. After I upload them it tell me that:
– The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the index.php file.
This is not my first time I created a child theme, what I’m doing wrong?

I’d likely just use file found in the Newspaper all files download, upload that as a folder via FTP, then follow these directions

You don’t need to ‘create’ the base child theme, it’s included in the theme ‘all files’ downlaod.
