CAn we create different menu structure for different page

I have created a new page which will only contain data from United Arab Emirates
I cannot use this menu. menu path https://www.screencast.com/t/9BjF2aM3h
because it contains data from all the countries.
Therefore I want to create a new structure.

Please advice

Notice that if you want to create a new menu structure for your website, you should consult the panel, menu section and from there you can create your own menu, according to the following documentation here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
