These will be sample sites, or turnkey solutions for my clients. They will choose the design and order their website. I guess the license will be included in the price.

Hi,
A part of them are custom made by our developer theme for us.
You can set some pages or that from cloud library the homepages .
You can achieve most of this design using image box and set a link to each page ( or make some sub domain for each demo ).
