Can you see who "liked" a post?

Hi!

I’m sure this is a simple, but I can’t seem to find the answer.

I’m using the tagdiv share box, currently it shows that I have 20 likes on a particular post… is it possible to see who the 20 people are?

Hello keirebu,

Please notice that the Facebook Like Counter has just the default facebook functionality but the theme only stylish it with a bit of CSS code, that’s all. Notice that the main code for this feature can be found here -> https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button
Please notice that the likes you receive them from Facebook and this will count them and the theme does not make anything special in this case and also, does not exist any option which allows you to see which are the persons which gave you these likes, but only if you can found them on facebook.

Hi Catalin,

I’m sorry I do not understand, Facebook isn’t showing 20 likes on this post, and the Facebook Page has 78 likes, nothing has 20… I can’t figure how or what this is counting…

I’m sorry, I’m missing something here 🙁

Point was – theme has nothing to do with who ‘likes’ your page. It’s just grabbing that info from Facebook. You need to login to your FB app page, or create an app, or similar on Facebook to track anything. Any and all data is on Facebook – not your site or the theme.

So need to read up on Facebook on how the like/share tracking actually works! 🙂

It is odd that each post has different “like” numbers… interesting.

I don’t have a clue how this works, so this will be a fun adventure!
