cannot able create full width content

hello, please help…im stuck..i already read same problem but cannot solve

my site cannot make full width, i alredy make site with newspaper several times but this time i’m stuck
i already switch in VC to row strecth but the content would not full width

thanks for your help, i just noticed the background color can made the content into box mode.

right now problem solved, i clear the background color

How can we have a background color on the site but not boxed mode? Does it require coding in theme php files?
