Hi,
I just purchased the theme Newspaper.
theme was installed and Revolution Slider is installed but i cannot activate with the code from email.
Can anyone help?

Hello Ron,
Revolution slider as well as visual composer are free versions that cannot be and do not have to be activated. You have full access to the plugin features without activation. Here is a section of the documentation that specifies this for the visual composer plugin. It applies to rev slider as well: http://screencast.com/t/605PU1gmRp
Sorry for the inconvenience but the activation message was added by the plugin authors but they did not create any special condition in the code for free bundled versions of the plugin.
