Activate button does not respond:
When entering the purchase code and email data and clicking on the “Validate” button, we see that it actually stays there without doing anything. At the server level, no error is being registered, and even though the button stays with the animation, the browser is not loading or doing anything.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
