Cannot ad elements from tagdiv Composer

I am working on a staging with a pre built website from Newspaper. The content, inclusive rows and elements are shown correctly. But if I want to add a new row or add a new element in an empty row via drag and drop, it doesn’t work. what can be the reason or the mistake I make? I am working with Newspaper a long time and never had a problem like this.

Please let me know what browser you use. If you use Safari, then try to use another browser.
