Cannot add second licence key to site as doesn’t appear in list

Hello,

I am setting up a second website and have purchased a second licence key for Newspaper.

I have added the second licence (ending 7e0) to my tagDiv account here which you should be able to verify.

However, the new licence key doesn’t appear on the “My license” page in WordPress, despite refreshing and waiting some time for it to update, only the existing key assigned to another site.

I also don’t have an “Activate theme” listed in the sidebar on WordPress as suggested in https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/.

I don’t appear to have the option to add this key to WordPress anywhere and therefore I cannot add my new license to the website (the new website domain is ka*od.co.uk).

How do I get this licence (ending 7e0) to appear on the new website ka*od.co.uk? Or can you activate it for me?

Hi,

Adding a key to your forum account is only for extending the support period and skipping creating a forum account. It doesn’t do anything else.

If you want to use a new key on a website where another key is used, please reset the theme activation https://prnt.sc/QPEUEW007v8Z and activate the theme with the new key. Keys will appear in the license panel for the websites where they are used. If you use the key on the website it will appear in the license panel.
