I updated few blog posts into the theme. However, some post preview content is too long. I try to adjust the Excerpt, some post is able to adjust. But for that particular post, when i change smaller Excerpt, it shows nothing, when I change to larger Excerpt, its too long, How to fix it?

The excerpt length option will apply only if you do not have a summary in the excerpt field, in that case, it will take the first n words/letters from post content.
