Cannot assign a domain to the license key

Hi guys,

We activated the Newspaper theme and added the license to it.
However, we get the following error in the Prebuilt Websites tab – “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”.

Also, in the My License tab, there is no option to assign a domain to the key.

Could you please guide us in what we are doing wrong?
