Hi,
I have a technical situatian and i cannot understand why this happens.
First of all, i have been using this theme for some time now, and i know how the theme works.
I am trying to change the background image for a row (i want to mention that it is from a demo) and it does not work.

Also, if i delete the image and upload another one, this will appear – https://prnt.sc/20y5ebh
Can i please explain why this is happening.
I want to mention that is a recently installed theme.
Also, i’ve set all of the Newspaper system status accordingly and i also have installed wp super cache.

Most probably you have an error in console that can say exactly from where it is the problem.
It can be from some security plugins or modules from host, it can also be when the allow_url_fopen = off, also old versions when the images has a description.
