Cannot change font – !important rule

Hello!
I’ve been trying to set the different fonts that are loaded and used in the site, but those edits seem to be always overwritten by a !important CSS rule that only sets the font-family globally to “Catamaran”. I would need a future proof to remove the rule thoough, because obviously editing the parent styles won’t be a good practice.
