Cannot disable Top Bar

I found the Custom CSS to disable the Top Menu, but I would also like to get rid of the black bar and the space it uses as well:

Hi,

If you do not want to have the top bar you can disable it from theme panel https://www.screencast.com/t/qfVIWreKi is no need to hide it with css

If there is still a problem, please provide me a link were I can inspect this bar, in this way I will be able to provide you an custom css.
