Hi!

We were working on a temporary domain (PLESK server) and yesterday we assign the final domain.
I did assign the licence to the new domain, everything went great, but as i needed to make some changes to the Cloud Templates, i get the following error in every single one:
https://freeimage.host/i/hinPqP

Can you help me?
Many thanks!

Hello Jorge!

This issue with the error from Composer has also been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/
Please make sure you did all the steps which I mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/
We can take a look at this and investigate why it is not working for you. There could be an easier way to solve this issue. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Thank you!

Hi Bettina!!!
Thanks you very very much!! It works perfectly!!
Here what i did from the steps you told me:
First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Have a nice day!! Thank you very much!!
