cannot edit Title or content in tagdiv multipurpose plugin

Hi,

This plugin, when enabled on my sight does not seem to work as I cannot edit the title or content when using the “hero” element.

Hello shorter126,

Make sure that you have complete install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello bananaj,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which comes bundled with the theme core files. Check all the bundled plugins to be updated to the latest version of it. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them because these might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Notice that the plugins should works as expected if it will be right installed according to our documentation.

Ok got it to work. I really thought i tried everything! I’m very thorough. Cleared the chrome cache and it worked.

You should use the theme multi-purpose plugin because offers you a lot of ways of doing it. Just a hint -> exploits the theme!
