Hello,

Please check this error again without any plugins. Disable all plugins except visual composer. If the problem is gone, that means one of them is interfering with the theme and must stay deactivated/deleted.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you!

As per you suggestion, I disabled all plugins except visual composer. However, the reported problem STILL exists.

Please help asap … thank you.

Hello,

Please check your system status: http://screencast.com/t/h4jUm2yqmtK
I suspect it comes from the max_input_vars. Try to increase it from the default 1000 to 5000. You have to check the host documentation for details on how this can be done. (usually you have to add a php.ini file in the wordpress directory and add the following lines in it: max_input_vars = 5000 ) But ask your hosting provider first.

Thank you!

As you can see, “max_input_vars” was increased to 5000
I tested my WP site, BUT the original problem STILL persists.
This is getting frustrating … I need to have this issue resolved … thank you.

Hello,

I have checked your site again and i noticed you do not have posts in all categories yet. Make sure you have more than 5 post in a category, because the theme excludes the first ones which are displayed in the category top post. If you do not have enough posts, the blocks have nothing to display.
If this is not the case, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp admin so we can inspect the problem. Also provide a link to this topic here.

Thank you!

“If you do not have enough posts, the blocks have nothing to display.”

Okay, my misunderstanding of what gets displayed on the Category pages … worked fine when I added a few extra temporary dummy posts … thank you !!
