Hi,
What ad box from theme panel do you use? I have checked your site and noticed that you use harder style 3 but didn’t find any ad box. Have you made any changes to the theme files?
Please make sure you add your ad code in one of the ad boxes from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/pX8GNdVneQy
Also please follow this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/
Regarding the “Popular within last 7 days”, I have made some tests using it and seems like it doesn’t work properly we will take a look at this and will fix it in the next updates.
Sorry about this!
Thanks
Hi,
Please send me a link of a page which contains the sidebar with the ad, I have checked your site fro it and did not find it.
Also check to see if your ad code it’s actually working by adding it in the “article top ad box” like this http://screencast.com/t/KUWPKZlqvfx and then check the post page to see if it’s showing there: http://screencast.com/t/GD3dn4CWQhi8
If it’s not working please add this code from our documentation to see if this image ad it’s showing up: http://screencast.com/t/wmwYjWZx just follow the guide from the ads documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/ and check again.
Regarding the title please send me a link that points to a title that wraps like that so i can check this.
Thanks
Hi,
Please use this custom css for title font:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.iosSlider .td-sbig-title-wrap a, .iosSlider .item .td-sbig-title-wrap a {
line-height: 15px;
}
.td_normal_slide .td-sbig-title-wrap .td-sbig-title, .td-sbig-title-wrap a {
font-size: 13px !important;
}
}
Regarding the view count I have tested it and found no problem with this, note that this post was just updated: http://screencast.com/t/mttQbF17n9I9
Please make sure you deactivate all plugins and check if this is still happening, this may be due to some plugins.
Thanks
Thanks Lucian you’ve been great!!!
One more thing, I have recently migrated from shared hosting to a VPS, and after the migration all the pictures are not resizing correctly
I have a plugin called justified image grid, its telling me that theme function timthunb is not working correctly. Could you point me to the right direction and tell me what to do? thank you!
Hi,
Please regenerate thumbnails: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/
Let me know if this solves your problem.
Thanks
FYI, if you’re using a plugin with timthumb, it usually has a cache folder for creating the thumbs, and the folder “read/write permissions” must be 777; this will generally be reset when moving to new host to 755 or even 750. You can usually set this via ftp, by going to
> wp-content > plugins > yourplug > cache*
(*or “images” or whatever – see docs for plugin you’re using, or find the folder full of images)
Change cache (CHMOD; change command) to “777” so it’s fully writable. Then go back to page using the plug, and the images should be written properly.
The theme doesn’t use timthumb.

Lucian, I really didnt have any idea of how to fix it, so i asked one of my fried to help out. I think he seemed to did through css to limi the height, but he have no idea of how to limit the width. It’s still wired, but we’re still thinking of a permanent fix. If you don’t mind, could you log in and take a look for me?
