SOLUTION
My server has enough max_execution_time; so I commented line 23 in file /themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel/td_demo_installer.php

I´m brand-new with you guys and have the same exact problem, can´t install demos! Problem already resolved? and if not, what is the temprarily solution for me and others enthusiast who just bought it and need to use the weekend before day job on Monday?

Please check max_input_var from System Status – http://screencast.com/t/IeZ6KanCK and edit the php.ini file if you need to change the value.
