Hi,
Been trying to install the Newspaper Pro pre-built website (design only) a few times without success. The exact error message I get is “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”. The theme installation and activation went well, that is, the activation key was validated and the green “REGISTERED” message is there on the theme panel’s welcome page. Please advise me on what I can do to proceed.
FYI, this is not a “different” project I’m using the theme on. It’s the same project being developed locally and will be eventually merged with the project the theme was bought for.

This error should not appear there. I see that you sent an email, so we can take a look to investigate this situation. Please provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– the license certificate and purchase code

Thank you, Bettina. Do you really need my admin credentials to help resolve this? Perhaps you could suggest a few things I could try to do to resolve the issue, such as open a particular file to make changes, some logs to read, etc? I’m a developer, by the way.
