Cannot install tagDiv mobile plugin after update

Yesterday updated to Newspaper 8.7.5. I saw that my mobile version of the site didn’t work so I deleted the former mobile plugin and then tried to install the new mobile plugin from the package.

When I do that I get:

Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.
« Dashboard

So, now I no longer have a mobile version of my site but I realy need it.

Please some help from support or users who solved this problem.

P.S.
Theme panels system status says all ok.
WordPress version 4.9.6.
