From this area of building a homepage I click the Manage Sidebars link and get this…

What’s up with that?

It’s been doing that since I first purchased the theme, which was 3.0 or 3.1, but I found ways around it and didn’t mention it here.

This is on three different domains ( 2 Demo sites installed for testing this ), same server, no two have the same plugins enabled and I am the sole super admin from WordPress installation in all cases. All are currently running Newspaper 3.8 and WP 3.9.

I can still manage sidebars from the categories layout options in the theme panel but that’s obviously just a work-around for this error.

Thx

Hi,
That was left from old code and we forgot to remove it 🙂

lol That makes sense because Christopher’s suggestion didn’t help either.

Is there a plan to add some sort of sidebar management to the theme panel? Seems odd to have to create new sidebars from the categories section.

Thx @Marius.

hi,
we try to keep the theme panel as simple as we can.
you can go to Template settings tab, or wherever you find the custom sidebars control : http://screencast.com/t/MxKd7t8p to create new sidebars.

Thanks for you message.
