Cannot modify header information – headers already sent – cannot access wp-admin

I am getting this repeating error message or some version of it when I try to access wp-admin in the latest Version 9:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home1/successagram/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php:1311) in /home1/successagram/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1251

This is very frustrating. Please tell me how to fix it ASAP. Thank you.

Hi,

Please delete the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again from themefores the newspaper and reinstall it.
Please make sure that you make the update like in our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
If there is still a problem please provide some more details and some screenshots.
This should solve the problem with wp-admin.
