Hi, I am getting the following error which occurs when I’m trying to open a form on the frontend that is created by the plugin “Formidable Forms”. Unfortunately, I can’t turn off the plugin to test this because opening the form requires the plugin to be activated. However, I believe this error may be caused by the theme. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
