Cannot register existing account to new license

I am having a problem while registering a new site… I already have a site which I registered more than one year ago. Today, I bought a second lincense for a new site, but I cannot activate my theme because the activation page in the theme says the following:

Current username is already used, try another one
Current email is registered with another account

Of course they are already taken, they are mine and were created last year. How can I register my new license under my current user login?

Nevermind, I got it. If you ever have this issue, go to your profile page in tagdiv.com, then go to “Edit account”, then “Product keys”, and add your new product key there. That way, when you register the key in your site, it will not ask for new user information.

Hi, same as swamplingman a week ago, I have bought a second theme and cannot activate it because of the demand that I make a new registration for support, but I am already registered. I see swamplingman’s subsequent post about changing dewtails under profile at tagDiv, but where do I log in at tagDiv so I can access my profile?
