Cannot Register theme after installing again on the same domain

Hi, I had a problem with my website and I had to reset it.
Now that I try to register theme again it does not correspond.
Please help me. I have asked everywhere and no answer yet!!

If you fail to activate the theme using this guide -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/, you can activate the theme manually => https://www.screencast.com/t/GDo5doWPUM1M.

If you are not successful using these two methods, please send us some screenshots, with problems that appear when you try to activate it.
