Cannot see images + Cannot upgrade from 12.3 to 12.6.3

Hello

I Cannot see images + Cannot upgrade from 12.3 to 12.6.3.

I have tried the following:
– replacing the core WordPress files with the defaults:

– switching the PHP version and adding the related PHP extensions to the php.ini file:
– increasing the PHP memory and max execution time limits:
– disabling the plugins and switching the theme:
– clearing the cache.

I noticed that the probable cause of the issue is some errors with the td-cloud-library plugin. We can see the following errors in the browser’s console on your page:

Hi,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
