I cannot seem to update the Style.css file…because of the Version tag that is at the end it will not update for me. Can someone please help me either do one of two things:
Find where the style.css is being called and remove the version query OR
Show me how to update the version number so that it sees the update changes I have FTP uploaded.

If you modify the style.css file it should be visible on your site unless you have caching active. Please clear all caching and contact your host to remove any server side caching. This seems to be the case more and more as there are lots of users that do not know about caching and the hosts simply activate caching for everyone to protect themselves from such people that overload the server by not using any caching solution.

Yeah I was clearing my browser cache and clearing dns caching from the computer using ipconfig in command prompt, but what I realized was that the hosting provider who I am hosting it on seems to be using something different which delays the file from being active immediately. I am hosting it on Godaddy’s WordPress specific hosting. They are hosting it on Solid State Drives which is good for speed…but it seems like they are slow in updating the core files..maybe some kind of backend caching..not sure…either way thank you for responding, great support, my issue resolved itself given time.
