Cann't Active Newspaper Theme

I recently purchased newspaper theme and i’m unable to activate it.
When i click on activate it shows this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Could you please help me to check this error ?

This is a general wordpress isseu mostly caused by plugins.

Just more detail:
When i click to activate license theme it shows this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Hi,

This usually happens because of plugins. Please disable all your plugins temporarily and try again.
I already provided the link above which explains why this happens. Did you remove all plugins and clear all caching?
If you still cannot activate the theme please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
