Hi, I buy a license few minutes ago and can’t activate theme. The domain is not online because there is in design phase. what can i do? it’s the second license that i purchase and first of them activated correctly.

I try the manual activation with the activation key that obtain with the purchase code and not work. I develop the web in domain that is not public, could be this the problem??
