Hi! I have been following this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ but I can’t activare or update visual composer. Can you help me?
WP version 4.6.1
Visual Composer version 4.12.2, cant’ update to 5.0
Hello,
If you read the very first part of the guide you mention you will see that the plugin does not require activation: http://screencast.com/t/RI1LwoYEKi
You update the plugin using the guide by disabling and deleting your current plugin and installing the one that is bundled with our theme. You will still see the activation message and the update message as the latest version of the plugin is not yet provided in the theme files. We will include it in the next theme update.

Hi guys,
The latest download I have for version 7.5 only contains Visual Composer 4.12 and not version 5.0. I think version 5.0 is released but just wondering when this will be bundled with the next version of Newspaper.

When the them update is released, it will contain the new version of visual composer.
