Cant add installed Widget to Homepage – Help?

Thank you however were can I get the updated Visual COmposer? I do not see it in the latest Newspaper 6 zip file, and If I get it on Envato they are charging me. Thank you for your assistance.

The current version of Visual Composer available with the theme is V 4.9.2. We know about the last update of the plugin. That version will be tested with the theme and if the results are positive will be included in the next update.
