Can't change a color bar

I do what you said to me but the menu bar color doesent change look

Hello leotrcs,

Do you have tried to change the color from Theme panel -> Theme Color? Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if it will not work, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.
